Application Accuracy and Admission Requirements

BIA reserves the right to reject or suspend applications based on incomplete or inaccurate information as per university policies. Program Delivery and Intellectual Property Rights

BIA supports students throughout their academic journey by providing administrative coordination, guidance and student support. All academic schedules, attendance requirements and programme policies are determined by the respective university.

Tuition Payment and Financial Obligations

Tuition fees must be paid as per the agreed payment plan. BIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrollment if fees are not paid on time as per university policy. Any additional costs (e.g., textbooks, materials, exams) are the responsibility of the student.

Academic Integrity and Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain a high standard of academic integrity and professional conduct at all times. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of dishonest behavior will result in disciplinary action, including potential dismissal from the program. Students must comply with all local laws, BIA’s code of conduct, and university policies during their time at the institution.

Student Privacy and Data Protection

Degree Award and Accreditation

Upon completion of program requirements, students will receive a degree from BIA’s partner(s) universities. Liability and Indemnity

BIA is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during virtual educational activities, unless caused by negligence on the part of the institution. Students agree to indemnify BIA against any claims arising from their actions during their enrollment with universities.

Program Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Students who wish to withdraw from a program must notify the admissions office in writing. Refunds will be processed as per university refund policy. BIA reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment with university in cases of non-compliance with academic or financial obligations.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions
BIA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students, and continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
