Lincoln University College (LUC) offers a meticulously crafted MBA program to foster the growth of individuals in various aspects. It focuses on developing the self-reflective mindset, the analytic mindset, the collaborative mindset, the worldly mindset, and the action mindset of our graduates.

The MBA program is intended for professionals in the middle of their careers whose roles require a wide range of specialized knowledge and abilities. Our integrated, applied, multidisciplinary approach highlights important organizational and management functions in international public or private institutions.

To earn a Master’s degree from LUC, candidates must publish at least two research articles in Scopus-indexed journals affiliated with Lincoln.

Course requirements

Eligibility:

  • a bachelor's degree that has been approved by the HEP Senate and has a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or above.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent with a CGPA below 2.50 may be considered with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
  • additional credentials accepted by the government of Malaysia.

Program Duration

The full-time program is structured to be completed within 12 months. While the standard duration is two years, it is also possible to accelerate the program and complete it within one year.
