By enrolling and participating in any of the programs offered by Bradford International Alliance (BIA), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all students, applicants, and participants in BIA’s academic programs, services, and events.

Bradford International Alliance (BIA) is an academic institution offering various degree programs in partnership with accredited universities. By enrolling, students agree to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines as set forth by BIA.
2. Enrollment and Admission
- All students must submit accurate and complete information during the application process.
- BIA reserves the right to reject or suspend applications based on incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Admission to programs is subject to meeting the entry requirements as outlined on the official website.
3. Program Delivery
- BIA provides education and training through a mix of in-person, online, and hybrid learning environments.
- Program materials and course content are the intellectual property of BIA and partner institutions and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
- Students must adhere to the program schedules and attendance policies.
4. Fees and Payment
- Tuition fees must be paid as per the agreed payment plan.
- BIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrollment if fees are not paid on time.
- Any additional costs (e.g., textbooks, materials, exams) are the responsibility of the student.
5. Student Conduct and Responsibilities
- Students are expected to maintain a high standard of academic integrity and professional conduct at all times.
- Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of dishonest behavior will result in disciplinary action, including potential dismissal from the program.
- Students must comply with all local laws, BIA’s code of conduct, and policies during their time at the institution.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- BIA respects the privacy of its students. Personal data provided by students will only be used for academic and administrative purposes as outlined in BIA’s Privacy Policy.
- Students consent to the collection and use of personal data for academic records, communication, and institutional purposes.
7. Golden Visa and MOE Equivalency
- Please note that the degree conferred by BIA and its academic partners does not qualify for UAE Golden Visa eligibility or UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) equivalency.
- These arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis, and students are responsible for verifying eligibility independently.
8. Degree and Accreditation
- Upon completion of program requirements, students will receive a degree from BIA’s accredited academic partner(s). The degree awarded will reflect the academic rigor and global recognition of the partnering institutions.
- Students are encouraged to confirm the degree’s applicability in specific countries or industries as needed.
9. Liability and Indemnity
- BIA is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during educational activities, whether in-person or virtual, unless caused by negligence on the part of the institution.
- Students agree to indemnify BIA against any claims arising from their actions during their enrollment.
10. Termination and Refund Policy
- Students who wish to withdraw from a program must notify the admissions office in writing. Refunds will be processed as per BIA’s refund policy.
- BIA reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment in cases of non-compliance with academic or financial obligations.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- BIA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students, and continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bradford International Alliance operates. Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable laws of this jurisdiction.
