VAE candidates are required to submit full  dossier containing our application form + required documents + portfolio of evidences

Submitting a portfolio of evidence is an important component of the VAE process in France, as it allows candidates to demonstrate their skills and competencies in a way that is recognized and valued by employers and professional organizations. It also provides a way for individuals to gain formal recognition for their skills and experience, which can improve their job prospects and career opportunities.

VAE Doctorates such as EIU’s Professional Doctorate (PD) are often awarded to individuals who have made significant contributions to a particular field, or who have achieved great success in their respective careers. These awards are intended to recognize and celebrate outstanding achievements, and to honor the individuals who have made them.

However, the process of awarding an honorary doctorate can be quite expensive for universities or other organizations. There are a number of costs associated with the awarding of an honorary doctorate, including administrative expenses, travel and lodging expenses for the university officials and their guests, and the cost of organizing and hosting the ceremony.

One way that universities and other organizations can offset some of these costs is by charging a donation for the awarding of honorary doctorates. This donation can help to cover some of the expenses associated with the ceremony, and can also provide additional funding for the institution or organization.

Furthermore, the donation can also serve as a way to demonstrate the honoree’s commitment to the institution or organization. By donating in exchange for the honorary doctorate, the honoree is showing their support for the mission and values of the institution, and their willingness to give back to the community.

In summary, charging a donation for honorary doctorates is a justifiable practice because it helps to cover the expenses associated with the awarding of the degree, and can provide additional funding for the institution or organization.

Additionally, the donation can serve as a way for the honoree to demonstrate their commitment to the institution or organization.

Finally, it must be noted that in the case of EIU-Paris, this donation would also be used to fund our poor students with partial or full scholarships.
