As Bradford International Alliance (BIA) approaches the end of another successful academic year, we are excited to celebrate our graduates’ accomplishments with an extraordinary event. The BIA Graduation Ceremony 2024 will take place on December 14, 2024, at the prestigious Millennium Hotel, Dubai.
This day is a significant milestone, recognizing the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of our students. The ceremony will bring together graduates and families to honor the incredible achievements that have been made throughout the year.

– Venue: Millennium Hotel, Dubai
– Date: December 14, 2024
– Dress Code: Formal attire with academic regalia (gowns, caps, etc.). Academic gowns will be available for collection at designated locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah prior to the ceremony.
Timeline:
– Arrival: Graduands should arrive at the Millennium Hotel by 5:30 PM to ensure time for photography and gown adjustments.
– Ceremony Start: 6:00 PM (Guests are encouraged to arrive by 5:30 PM).
– Duration: The ceremony will last approximately 4-5 hours, followed by a formal dinner reception for all graduands and their guests.
Transportation:
Graduands and guests can opt for public transport by taking the metro to the nearest station or arranging their own transportation. Valet parking and self-parking will be available at the hotel.
Capturing the Memories:
Professional photographers and videographers will be capturing the event. After the ceremony, graduates will receive access to all media via email. Guests are welcome to take their own photos and videos, although we ask that phones remain on silent throughout the event. We have organized a trendy photobooth so that you can make this an extra special event for yourself and your family. Please come early to take pictures and gather memories.
Seating & Registration:
Graduands will receive assigned seating upon registration. Upon arrival, please proceed to the registration counter with your Emirates ID or Passport Copy for identity verification. After verification, you will be provided with a wristband, indicating your participation in the ceremony. Guests should also register and purchase tickets ahead of time to secure seating.
Unable to Attend?
For those who have paid the graduation fees but cannot attend, certificates can still be collected at a later date from BIA’s head office.
