Candidates for the Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience (VAE) are required to submit a comprehensive dossier containing our application form,

requisite documents, and a portfolio of evidence. The submission of a portfolio of evidence is a pivotal component of the VAE process in France. It gives applicants the chance to demonstrate their abilities in a way that is respected and recognized by companies and trade associations. This process facilitates individuals in gaining formal recognition for their skills and experience, thereby enhancing their career prospects.

Evidence Required:

Work samples, such as reports, presentations, or projects that the candidate has completed as part of their work experience

Certifications or qualifications earned through professional development or training programs
Letters of recommendation from colleagues, supervisors, or clients
Performance evaluations or assessments from previous jobs or projects
Samples of products or services created by the candidate, such as designs or prototypes
Awards or recognition received for work-related achievements
Transcripts or diplomas from previous education or training programs
Testimonials from customers or clients attesting to the candidate’s skills and expertise
Articles or publications authored by the candidate in their field of expertise
Evidence of leadership roles or involvement in professional organizations, such as committee memberships or board positions.
Work contracts or letters of employment to show duration and type of employment
Samples of work-related correspondence, such as emails or memos
Training records or certificates
Professional development records, such as attendance at conferences or seminars
Evidence of participation in workplace committees or teams
Reports or evaluations completed by the candidate for their employer
Examples of problem-solving or conflict resolution in the workplace
Work samples from volunteer or community service activities related to the field
Documentation of any patents, copyrights, or trademarks related to the field
Samples of work completed for clients or customers, such as proposals or project plans
Contracts or agreements related to work completed for clients or customers
Evidence of financial or budgeting responsibilities, such as financial reports or management plans
