Lincoln University College (LUC) offers a meticulously crafted MBA program to foster the growth of individuals in various aspects. It focuses on developing the self-reflective mindset, the analytic mindset, the collaborative mindset, the worldly mindset, and the action mindset of our graduates.
The MBA program is intended for professionals in the middle of their careers whose roles require a wide range of specialized knowledge and abilities. Our integrated, applied, multidisciplinary approach highlights important organizational and management functions in international public or private institutions.
To earn a Master’s degree from LUC, candidates must publish at least two research articles in Scopus-indexed journals affiliated with Lincoln.
Program Duration
The full-time program is structured to be completed within 12 months. While the standard duration is two years, it is also possible to accelerate the program and complete it within one year.
In our blended learning environment, students benefit from a mix of quarterly in-person lectures, engaging live sessions, and flexible recorded classes. This approach fosters deeper interaction, enhances group dynamics, and builds lasting connections, all while offering the flexibility to learn at your own pace and convenience. Professors use interactive teaching methods to ensure an enriching and collaborative experience, both online and face to face.
Credits:
This program offers 40 credits under the Malaysian system, equivalent to 90 ECTS, ensuring global academic recognition.
