Candidates for the Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience (VAE) are required to submit a comprehensive dossier containing our application form, requisite documents, and a portfolio of evidence.
The submission of a portfolio of evidence is a pivotal component of the VAE process in France. It gives applicants the chance to demonstrate their abilities in a way that is respected and recognized by companies and trade associations. This process facilitates individuals in gaining formal recognition for their skills and experience, thereby enhancing their career prospects.

Documents required:
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Certificates and Transcripts
  • Visa, Passport, and Emirates ID Copies
  • Updated Resume
  • Passport-sized Photographs
 Evidence Required:
  1. Work samples such as reports, presentations, or projects that the candidate has completed as part of their work experience
  2. Certifications or qualifications earned through professional development or training programs
  3. Letters of recommendation from colleagues, supervisors, or clients
  4. Performance evaluations or assessments from previous jobs or projects
  5. Samples of products or services created by the candidate, such as designs or prototypes
  6. Awards or recognition received for work-related achievements
  7. Transcripts or diplomas from previous education or training programs
  8. Testimonials from customers or clients attesting to the candidate’s skills and expertise
  9. Articles or publications authored by the candidate in their field of expertise
  10. Evidence of leadership roles or involvement in professional organizations, such as committee memberships or board positions.
  11. Work contracts or letters of employment to show duration and type of employment
  12. Samples of work-related correspondence, such as emails or memos
  13. Training records or certificates
  14. Professional development records, such as attendance at conferences or seminars
  15. Evidence of participation in workplace committees or teams
  16. Reports or evaluations completed by the candidate for their employer
  17. Examples of problem-solving or conflict resolution in the workplace
  18. Work samples from volunteer or community service activities related to the field
  19. Documentation of any patents, copyrights, or trademarks related to the field
  20. Samples of work completed for clients or customers, such as proposals or project plans
  21. Contracts or agreements related to work completed for clients or customers
  22. Evidence of financial or budgeting responsibilities, such as financial reports or management plans
  23. Evidence of safety or regulatory compliance in the workplace
  24. Evidence of involvement in continuous improvement or quality control processes
  25. Evidence of involvement in training or mentoring of others
  26. Test results or certifications related to workplace safety or compliance
  27. Samples of marketing or advertising materials created by the candidate
  28. Evidence of involvement in research or development projects related to the field
  29. Samples of work completed in collaboration with others, such as team projects or joint ventures
  30. Any other relevant documents, such as job descriptions or performance objectives.

Throughout the course/program, personalized exercises, assignments, and quizzes are utilized to measure learning progress. This comprehensive assessment procedure is characterized by being diagnostic, formative (intervention-oriented), and summative.
