Program Overview:

The BBA Top-Up Program is a one-year degree completion program designed for individuals with a recognized diploma in business/management. It offers an opportunity to earn a full bachelor’s degree, enhancing their understanding of the business world and equipping them with valuable problem-solving skills.

Program Objectives:

Specializations:

1. B.B.A. in International Business: This specialization provides insights into cross-national activities, emphasizing contractual agreements, international risk mitigation, logistics, and international operations management.
2. B.B.A. in Finance: This specialization focuses on informed investment predictions, future fiscal conditions forecasting, and practical knowledge of the financial industry mechanisms.
3. B.B.A. in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC): This specialization combines marketing and communication strategies to manage a consistent company image, focusing on cross-cultural marketing, image branding, social networking management, and international business communication.
4. B.B.A. in Hospitality & Hotel Management: This specialization prepares students for the dynamic hospitality and hotel industry, covering topics like human resource management, sustainable development, strategic hotel planning, hospitality marketing and sales, and housekeeping management.
5. B.B.A. in Travel and Tourism Management: This specialization opens a wide range of international career paths, providing insights into travel management, sustainable tourism, tourism development, and travel and tourism marketing.

Entry Requirements:

• A minimum HND Level 5 or equivalent / Higher Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree in the field of Business and/or Management, or a related area that matches the BBA Top-Up specialization.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• High level of motivation and self-discipline.
• Basic smartphone or computer operating knowledge and skills.
• For mature entry route (evaluated on a case-by-case basis): At least 6 years of professional working experience in the field of Business, Management, or related areas of work.

Assessment Learning: The program utilizes personalized exercises, assignments, and quizzes throughout the course to measure progress in learning, characterized by being diagnostic, formative, and summative.

U.S. & Canada Equivalency: EIU’s Degree programs have been reviewed and evaluated against U.S. and Canadian standards and are certified to be equivalent to degrees conferred by Regionally Accredited Universities in the United States and Canada. This means that the EIU Degree programs meet full or partial requirements for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and also meet requirements for continuing education and/or employment in the U.S. and Canada. This evaluation adheres to AACROA evaluation guidelines and best practices set by TAICEP, NAGAP, EAIE, and NAFSA.
